About Stock Trading School

Stock Trading School was founded by the three-time stock trading champion Tony Oz.  The school was founded with the mission statement of delivering high quality educational products which are relevant and informative to beginner and intermediate traders.  Our main goal is to provide excellent content that will be beneficial to the end users not only in the short term, but also in the long term, as well.  We are committed to delivering stock education that is of the best quality yet presented in the simplest possible way.  We believe that everything that is related to education should be made as simple as possible, so the student can advance with more ease.  We do not try to impress our students with big words or complicated mathematical formulas.  Enjoy and Profit!

How Are We Different?

Back in 1998, when we started teaching stock trading courses, most of the companies that offered trading education were owned by the same people who owned a day-trading brokerage firm.  We saw it as a conflict of interest, because most of the education was geared towards generating commissions.  In fact, many of these companies required that the student placed a minimum of 50 trades per day in order to have a seat on their trading floor, and this is what they were training them for.  Rather than teaching patience, high probability trading, and staying in winning trades, these educational outfits often taught their students to take a trade fast without waiting for the highest probability, and to close winning positions before the end of the day.  All this of course with the reason of generating more commissions.  Many of the educational outfits that you see today still have joined ownership with a broker dealer, so you must be careful when you choose your trading school.  We do not have any ownership in a brokerage firm, so we do not train our student to trade excessively.
